In April of 2013 we bought our dream home lot in Georgetown and interviewed several builders. We hired Bruce Kunz…to build our home because he was personable and had our wants, needs, and best interest at heart. We had a wonderful experience working with Bruce. Our observations and opinions about Bruce can be summarized as follows: Smart: Bruce is very bright and has numerous National Association of Home Builders certifications. Dedicated and Diligent: Bruce worked with our architect to get our needs on paper and budgeted. Then worked diligently to get the project completed on time and within that budget. He put in whatever hours were necessary to get the job done right. Highly Skilled: Bruce has been in the construction industry for many years and has developed excellent contacts within the industry. In summary, we truly enjoyed working with Bruce and highly recommend him for any of your construction needs.  

   We are very happy with the house that Bruce built for us. He builds a quality house and has an eye for detail; we’ve had no issue’s with the house. During construction, he was very fair and understanding with any changes we asked him to make. He has good communication skills and always responded quickly when we had questions or issues. He was great to work with and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a builder. We would definitely have him build another home for us.
